Sigma in the nordic offers two(2) years of Standard Warranty from purchase date. An Extended Warranty can be issued if you registrer your product latest 60 days after purchase. See our Warranty section.
We understand that you need your product and we will do our very best to keep the service time as short as possible. The average turn around time is 5 - 10 working days, freight time not included. If we need to order parts from Japan, it will take a little bit longer.

WARRANTY ON PERFORMED SERVICE
Claims for defects due to defects in the service work carried out by SIGMA service or any its official service partners needs to be done within one year (1 year) after we returned the product to you.
Service claims for defects due to normal wear and tear, improper use, non-observance of the operating instructions, external intervention and shock, fall or liquid damage to the device for which we are not responsible, as well as due to incorrect storage are excluded.
The Service warranty extends exclusively to the repair work carried out. If the repair service has a defect within the limitation period that was already present at the time of handover, it will be repaired within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.
PROCESS FOR SERVICE REQUEST
- To register a Service Request, you need to login to your MySIGMA account. If you don´t have one already, you can create a new account.
- Register your Service request by clicking Register Service/Support, filling out the form and Submit
- Wait for the e-mail reply from our Customer Service team.
- Follow the instructions in that e-mail.
Please note! Regardless of urgency, do not send your product/s to the Service shop until you have registered a Service request below, and have received an e-mail confirmation from us with further instructions.
Do not send your product to our office, as we do not handle the service at our office. The instructions of where to send your product/s will be in the e-mail confirmation from our Customer Service team.
